100 = 36 + OA^2

area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height

area of triangle OAB = 0.5 x 12 x 8

= 48 m^2

area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \frac{\pi {r}^{2} }{2}

area of semicircle = (22/7 x 36)/2

= 56.6 m^2

area of the figure = area of triangle + area of semicircle

= 48 + 56.6

= 104.6 m^2
