Other two sides would be also 4x and 5x

$\sf \: 8x + 10x = 90$

$\sf \: 18x = 90$

$\sf \: x = \dfrac{90}{18}$

$\sf \: x = 5$

The sides are 5 × 4 = 20 cm

and the other = 5×5 = 25 cm
