Answer:

Length of diagonal is 25cm

Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN:- Adjacent sides are 7cm and 24 cm

In rectangle opposite sides are equal i.e.

AD=BC=7cm

AB=CD=24cm

Diagonal is AC

So by PYTHAGORAS THEOREM

AC^2=AB^2+BC^2

AC^2= (7)^2 + (24)^2

AC^2= 49 + 576

AC^2 = 625

AC = root 625

AC = 25

Therefore length of diagonal is 25 cm

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

⬜ Diagonal 25cm or breadth 7cm. => Let the no. be X

Permeter =. 2(l+b)

=. 2(25/X+7cm)

=. 2(25+7Xcm)

=. 32/2 =X

=. 16=X

Length = 16 cm if you'r not sure

Try this. =. Find it's perimeter and the I do it

=. Permeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)

= 2(16+7)

= 2 × 23

= 46

It's perimeter is 46 so let's find its length = 2(l+b)

L =. 2(l+7)

To find its breadth take its perimeter and the I show you

=. Perimeter /2 - breadth = length

L=. 46/2. -. 7

L=. 23 -. 7

L=. 16 cm
