sides of the rectangle are in the ratio of 7:8 I.e we can say tha sides are 7x and 8x.perimeter is 150cm and formula for perimeter of rectangle is 2(l+b) so 150=2(l+b)
150=2(7x+8x)
150=2(15x)
150=30x
150/30=x
5=x
so sides of the rectangle are 7*5=35 and 8*5=40

Answer:

let's the adjacent sides be 2(7x+8x)

=2(7x+8x)=150

=2(15x)=150

=30x=150

=x=150÷30

=x=5

Therefore the adjacent sides are

5×7 and 5×8

=35 and 40

Ans:- 35,40,35,40
