So,

Surface area =4989.60/20

=249.48m^2

Now,

We know that the surface area of hemisphere =4×pie×r^2

So,

249.48m^2= 2× 22/7×r

= 249.48×7/44=r

=r=39.69

Now,

The volume of air that is present in thr dome = 2/3 ×pie×r^3
