Hey there!
Adolescence is the people who are aged between 11-18. People belonging to this age group is no more a child but not yet an adult. This stage devolops the body to be an adult.
Adolescence is the most important stage in one's life, it's the stage where a lot of care must be taken, both towards physical health and mental health. It is a time when the growth became rapid, an adolescent must be supplied with proper health requirements.
Adolescence age are evil years. Do you agree? It depends. What make it evil is the way we manage! Adolscents, besides being grown physically, they are also acquiring the mental stage of an adult. They are entering to a new stage where they are no more a child.
It is often observed that most of the adolescent population got distracted easily than any other age group. These maybe by outside world pressures, the stress they create by themselves, etc. The over stress experienced during this period create an arrogant and rude behavior in them. It mayn't be thier mistake, but the stress they suffer.
It's often said by parents that thier child has gone arrogant and rude to them. It's somewhat a bitter truth. At Adolescence, we lean to have more arrogant and short-tempered behaviour towards our parents and elders. Don't you agree? I strongly agree because I am one among them.
Today's world is less understanding. They always blame youngsters for being rude and arrogant, rarely think about the stresses they enjoy/suffer =_= They are always here to discourage them up! Is that a healthy attitude towards those poor little girls and boys? Absolutely not. We should understand the speciality of thier age and should help them to pass with flying colours from this devil or angelic stage!
If there's an arrogant and rude dude in my class, it's super natural! we are same agers and can understand them Better. Better. Better. +_+ I shouldn't have the right to say about the rude attitude because I am, myself is the most rude personality in the world, for sure! I will and should understand him. I must have a nice talk with him and know about his know-how's. I just will only try to befriend him than being a fighter against the rude +_+ We may make a perfect pair of twinies! :p So, one way is to have them, as your friend.
Motivation is the most important thing a youngster should have. She/He may have a lot, a lot more pressures inside them, and that's what released as anger and rudeness. We must motivate him like the best and get him out of all the worldly troubles (though it's impossible +_+)
Support : Without the support of teachers, friends and most importantly parents, a adolescent guy will be like a house without a strong foundation! Still it can stand, but not for long! Parents should understand thier age and should help them overcome the rudeness instead of scolding them, and by being sad on thier child's changes. Understanding must be the best a child of our age can get! ×_×
If you'd better talk with the person softly and befriend them, it could have made a good change in him! Or he will be discouraged for sure! Confidence may be low low low.
