Adrenaline triggers the body's fight-or-flight response. This reaction causes air passages to dilate to provide the muscles with the oxygen they need to either fight danger or flee. Adrenaline also triggers the blood vessels to contract to re-direct blood toward major muscle groups, including the heart and lungs.

It increases alertness, pupillary dilation, piloerection, sweating, rate of breathing, strength of heart contraction and much more
Stimulates glycogenolysis so glucose level increases.
Also stimulates lipolysis,proteolysis.
It also stimulates trachea and bronchi muscles to relax hence it is used in asthama.
Stimulates contraction of spleen,reduces saliva as it is connected with sympathetic nervous system (sympathoadrenal system) and also reduces blood clotting time.
