INTRODUCTION:The organism can be seen only with the help of microscope are called as microorganisms.
ADVANTAGES OF MICRO-ORGANISMS ARE:
.Lactobacillus converts milk to curd
.Yeast converts sugars to alcohol( fermentation)
.Fungus(pencilin notatum) helps to develop antibiotics
.Virus (polio) vaccines
.bacteriium (bacillus thuringiensis) used to kill pest example B.T. COTTON
DISADVANTAGES :
1)causes diseases in humans like tuberculosis,mealses,mumps,malaria etc
2)causes diseases in plants like citrus canker,red rot of sugarcane,tikka disease ,tobacco mosaic,etc
3)causes diseases like anthrax,mouth diseases ,etc
4)spoils the food easily
