Disadvantage is that perhaps the current wildlife conservation actions are doing more harm then good. Or that they are favouring certain plant or animal species over that of others (which may be more important for the ecosystem).

Advantage of wildlife is that Wildlife conservation preserves animals, plants, and trees from destruction. 
A disadvantage might be also the time and money used to do this.

• It helps in maintaining the oxygen level as there are many trees.
• It helps to maintain the food chain.
• It helps to preserve endangered species.

The disadvantage of wildlife are-

• If any wild animal came interaction with humans then, it might injure.
• It does not have any laws.
• It does not have a pattern of living.
• There is always a sense of danger in the wildlife.
