1. One becomes humble
2. They get an idea to deal with people
3. One can become more friendly
Disadvantages
1. One loses its anger which can be used for any good cause
2. Forgiving somebody again n again somehow puts a question on our self respect
3. We are not able to react properly when somebody misbehaves with us.
