You can control your speed by applying lesser force in you feet when you run fast so that you will not get into an accident. (The speed of an object is directly proportional to the force applied on it.) Disadvantage: You have to exert greater effort and get tired easily if there is a race for running.

QUESTION:-
Advantages and disadvantage of Newton law of motion
ANSWER:-
Advantages of Newton's law of motion
- Newton's law of motion tells us precisely how things move or settle still, like why you don't float out of bed or drop through the floor of your room.
- Newton's laws regulate how cars work, how water flows, how skyscrapers don't fall, and practically how everything around us moves.
- Newton's first law elucidates how things move and how forces work on their movement, which makes it a very important finding.
- Inertia is what allows us to maintain patterns of functioning, retain relationships, and get through the day without challenging everything.
Disadvantages Of Newton's Law Of Motion
- In Newton's First law of motion force is required when an object changes motion and Acceleration is the discernible outcome of forces acting.
- Newton's second law of motion is applicable only if the mass is constant. Since the mass alters as the speed moves toward the speed of light, F=ma is seen to be precisely a non-relativistic relationship which pertains to the acceleration of constant mass objects.
- In Newton's third law of motion, the biggest disadvantage is that it neglects the shape of bodies.
