1. The communication between the teacher and the student can go smoothly. Personal communication ensures accurate acknowledgement.
2. Human teachers are important to learn basic knowledge of life and profession.
3. Human teachers are important to learn fundamentals in the initial years of schooling.
4. Human teachers offer personal support, inspiration, information and encouragement.
5. Human teachers can easily relate to and understand students' problems, difficulties and drawbacks.

Disadvantages Of Human Teachers Are:-

1. Human teachers require great patience for teaching different levels of understanding students. So it is not easy for everyone.
2. Human teachers are financially undervalued.
3. The studies and training to become a teacher are very time-consuming.
4. Teaching becomes a monotonous profession as you have to teach the same lessons to different batches in different years.
5. The teaching style by the teachers is sometimes objected to and disrespected by the students and their parents.
