Advantages- This scheme provides the education to government school. This scheme provides the financial support to mother who send their children to school or college. Mothers are given 15000 rupee annually by the government. Earlier, this scheme only supported the students up to high school now it also supports the students of intermediate.  

Disadvantage- Main disadvantage of this scheme is that it only supports government school. They are not for private school.
