In a circle network, employees communicate only with adjoining members of the organization. The circle network is analogous to a group working in a physical arrangement such that workers can communicate with their immediate neighbour but not with others in the group.

Advantages:

• Each team member interacts with people on both sides.

• The sender can connect with the receivers  who present next to him/her in the Circle pattern.

Disadvantages:

• In a circle communication pattern, all group members are unable to communicate with the leader, which is a negative of this communication pattern.

• They can only achieve it with the help of other members of their group who are more senior to them.

• Lower-level employees do not have the opportunity to critique anything to the top level in this communication pattern.
