Advantages:

1) better for determining the mental capacity of a child.

2) determines the cramming capacity of a child.

3) increases the learning capacity of a child.

Disadvantages:

1) pressurises the child

2) possess a mental burden on the child as the child has to cram everything from the syllabus in order to give the exam.
