●Consumption of rice is likely safe. However,eating white rice in excess amount on a daily basis can boost high risk for developing diabetes and obesity.

1).Due to the presence of starch in high Amount it gives us quick energy.
2). It is very helpful in the protection from a disease called Cancer.
