As we know that in federalism power is shared in two different Tyre and now we have to understand it by taking an example if we have any work then we cannot contact our Prime Minister as early as we can compare to our local leaders we can meet our local leader very easy so this is very easy for us to solve our problems.

Fiscal federalism in Indian government is known as the responsibilities given regarding the taxation and public expenditure and what amount of taxes and expenditure has been assigned by the centre govt. to the state govt.

The main advantage of this is that central govt make equal system for every citizen.

If fiscal federalism is not there the states will fight and there will be a situation of war.
