Advantages and disadvantages of handouts

The advantages would be that you can choose who you give them to and then you can explain about it. The disadvantages would be that if you are handing them out on the street and stuff like that, a lot of the time people don't take them because they cannot be bothered to or they just don't want to because they might think it is a load of rubbish.
