2.promoting academic entrepreneurialism.
3.expanding and sustaining avenues for economic competitiveness.
4.many citizens are employed by foreign owned firms.


Disadvantages
1.being discriminated
2.not having complementary goods.
3.not enough resources for a large scale expansion.
4.might not have the ability to transfer their competitive advantages.
