microorganisms can be helping hand or a hazard to humans. this is is so as microbes like viruses are harmful and cause illness to bodies while good microbes like nitrogen fixing bacteria, mushrooms, some protozoa, lactobaccilus acidophilus,etc help humans and plants in many ways like providing nitrogen to plants, food and decomposing organic wastes, killing viruses, preparation of yoghurt respectively.

i think 4th point is rather advantage as nitrogen is essential need for plants
