2.Protozoa (and nematodes) have a lower concentration of nitrogen in their cells than the bacteria they eat.

Disadvantages:

1. some of the protozoa are parasites,that live and prey in human and animal bodies,causing severe diseases of intestinal tract..for e.g malaria,dysentery,sleeping sickness etc.

2. they can be rapidly compared and contrasted with species.
