Advantages
1) the crops will be pure without fertilizers hence they will be more fresher
2) they can be sold at higher price as it is pure
3) the waste of the crops can be used as fertilizers after decomposition
Disadvantages
1) it takes lot of time to get harvested
2) pesticides will be used to prevent from attacking crops. Hence the crops are not so healthy
