Advantages of using capacitor start motor over a resistance slip phase motor

So the phase shift between the start and run windings is achieved without the use of a capacitor. The phase shift is only around 30 deg so starting torque is very low. Good for up to 300W maximum, with easy-to-start loads. There is no need for capacitors.
