Firstly, it is important for everybody to understand that one has to strike a balance between freedom and responsibility for the complete lifetime, if you want to be successful. After, class 10, a person, for the first time realizes his/her freedom mainly because school routine changes. The school hours get reduced, and the studies get limited only to few subjects. Along with these changes, students go through emotional and psychological changes as well.

Hence, it is important to strike a balance between freedom and responsibility towards studies and parents.  There are a few inevitable ways by which a student can maintain balance.

1) Discipline - Develop a time table segregating time for studies and other fun activities.  Following the time table will disciple you and ensure success in your life.

2) Focus - Focusing better through increased concentration brings better results in any activity. If you have poor concentrating power, you can practice yoga for concentration.

3) Time - Give time to everything. Going out with friends is as important as studies to maintain a good mental and emotional health.

4) Be positive - Staying positive will help you move forward and do all unfinished tasks and not make you feel stressed.

5) Harmony - Do not indulge in conflicts and arguments unnecessarily. Never fight with your siblings. This creates a situation of rivalry and tension.
