Dear Rana ,
Receive my warm greetings from London.
How are your parents ?
My parents are of good health an I thank God for that.
I received your recent letter on advice on timetabling.
This is a very crucial matter about education.Time tabling should be done with the best assorted philosophies that meet your schedule.
From my side I usually study the mathematical and science concepts before proceeding to arts.
This has helped me a great deal for I grasp this concepts when my mind is still fresh.
Please have a time table at all times this will ensure good distribution of time at any costs.
Yours loving friend ,
Hanna Tiffany .

Dear Avinash:
I hope this letter finds you in perfect health and happiness. I am writing to you to advise you to focus more on your studies. I was confided by someone that you waste most of your time in trivial things. I would advise you to make a time table and stick to it for improvement and brilliance in your academics. Time table can be made on a computer or chart having two columns. In the first column you should mention time; and in the second column you should mention subject. Minimum you should give one hour to each subject and regularly and punctually. After six months of studies you will see the difference. I hope you will make a time table and adhere to it. That’s all for now. Regards to uncle and aunt.
Yours lovingly,
Sumit
