I guessed that you have forgotten to say ABCD is a Parallelogram
If it is Parallelogram then
Area of Parallelogram when AE is perpendicular
b×h=AE ×DC (but DC=AB=18cm)
=10×18
=180cm^2....... (1)
Area of Parallelogram when CF is
perpendicular
b×h=CF×AD
=12×AD cm^2..........(2)
From (1)&(2)
180=12×AD
AD=180/12
AD=15cm
