African National Congress (ANC) was the umbrella organization that started the contest upon the management of discrimination in South Africa. The organization involved many workers’ associations and the Communist Party. Many sensible whites also accompanied the ANC to protest against apartheid. Various nations condemned apartheid as unfair and discriminatory but the white bigoted government proceeded to rule by arresting, torturing and murdering thousands of black and colored people.
