Let

Afrin having A candies = 9x and

Afrin having B candies = 11x

We have to find, how many candies will A get ?

Solution:

According to question,

11x = 154

⇒ x = \dfrac{154}{11}

⇒ x = 14

∴ Afrin having A candies = 9 × 14 = 126

Thus, the required option is "iii) 126".
