x+11 = 1/2 ( x -13 )²

2x +22 = x² - 26x + 169

x² -28 x + 147 =0

x² - 21x -7x +147 =0

x(x - 21) -7(x -21) =0

(x-7)(x-21)=0

x=7,21

Ram's present age is 7 or 21 years old
