ATQ,

(x+12) =3(x-4)

x+12 =3x-12

12+12 =3x-x

24=2x

24/2 =x

Monoj age after 12 years = x + 12
Monoj age four years before = x - 4

Therefore , According to question:
3(x-4) = x+ 12
3x - 12 = x + 12
3x - x = 12+ 12
2x = 24
x = 24/2
x= 12

His present age = 12
