Do a light exercise everyday so that your stamina and potential does not decrease due to the lockdown . Try to run 3-4 kms everyday , better in the morning and if you have got a basketball at your place you can even practice dribbles and lap shots for a good amount of time everyday .

Try to maintain your stamina so that you can perform well in your tournament . Even the national basketball tournament was organized in the month of April , but due to the covid disease everything is just ruined .
