SP=₹3420

first discount = 20%

TO FIND:-

Marked price of the DVD player {∵ CP}

SOLUTION:-

cost before first discount d1 = $\frac{3420 * 20}{100}$

                                              = 648

cost before second discount d2 = $\frac{3420*5}{100}$

                                                      = 162

total discount given = d1 + d2

                                 = 648+162

                                  =810

CP= price + discount given

    = 3420 + 810

    =  4230
