you are not eligible to study Diploma or MD or MS courses in Gynaecology after completion of B.Sc course. You have to study MBBS to study the Gynaecology course
After BSc you do the 4 and 1/2 year MBBS course. Then the one year mandated internship. After that, you should do M.D. General (Internal) Medicine. It is only after that you can become a cardiologist, by doing a 2 year D.M.
