after being in bright sunlight for a long time it takes us some time to adjust in Indoor lights before we can see clearly again explain why this happens

for bright light eyes needs to be more resistant so when birght light is gone and u inter indoor it take a bit time for eyes to recover to normal

this happens because in bright sunlight our pupil constricts and only short amount of light is entered in eye but when we go indoor our pupil is still small and thus being indoor only short amount of light passes into eye so too adjust pupil it takes time
