♦♦ After Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were hanged, their bodies were cut into pieces and stuffed in sacks.

They were sneaked out of the Lahore Central Jail Secretly and cremated at Hussainiwala, on the banks of Sutlej in Ferozepur, Punjab.

♦♦ While the pieces were being cremated some people came to know and gathered at the site.

The British officially quickly tossed the remains into the river and fled.
