ssc mts is best option ....in this u will be become ias level officer if u get promotion
In ssc mts, you wil get peon or cleaner level post and never promoted ti ias.
Collector is my aim
If collector is aim, then you have to complete graduation and then pass the UPSC or state PSC exams such as BPSC, JPSC etc.
