First Take ur stream from Biology ( PCB)
after 12th decide ur career as a doctor such as Surgeon , Dentist, Government doctor etc.

after class 10 choose science stream with biology...... after 12th class qualify for neet or aims exam and if you qualified..... you can choose which doctor you want to be.....and that someday with your hard work you will be a doctor..... all the best for your journey
