So this happened to me and my friend in a not-so-popular Chinese restaurant in Delhi, whose name I'm not going to mention here.

After hogging like pigs, we both were expecting that it was the other's treat and hence had not gotten our wallets.

We told the restaurantears that one of us can stay at the lure while the other one goes home and gets the money, but for some reason, they thought that we were conning them.

We called our friends to come and help us. But they were OUR friends. On telling them the situation we were stuck in, most them laughed, and hung up on us. Sone of them were away and couldn't come for our rescue.

Then my friend decided to call his younger brother who owned a Karizma and who would be able to reach at the Chinese restaurant quickly.

But in the meanwhile, the restaurant manager had already called the cops nearby.

Now comes the fun part. 2 cops arrived, of which one happened to be my friend's dad.

On explaining the whole situation to the cops by the restauranteurs, my friend's father, the cop, started laughing, said nothing and paid for us.

The manager had no idea that he was my friemd's father. Nor did I. Till we went out of the restaurant and my friend said to the cop who paid the money - "What a coincidence dad. Thanks for paying. I'll pay you back someday".
