After fertilisation amd zygote formation where does rest 23 chromosomes of parent go??​

Hey, u are getting confused.. Actually one normal cells divides into 2 but without duplicating chromosomes. So 1 cell having 46 will give rise to 2 cells having 23 each. And the rest 23 don't go anywhere. Only one of those cells fertilise and the others remain in body of parent.
