After looking the sun the colour of other things appears black because
-------------------------------------
when we look at the sun our pupil contracts so that less light enters our eyes and hence protects our eyes from getting damaged and when we suddenly look at other objects it appears black because pupil will take some time to get relaxed or to increase its size as very less light enters our eyes the things look black and when the pupil becomes large sufficient light enters our eyes and then we can see things normally

The Sun Is A Giant Ball Of Plasma That Can Hurt, Even Destroy, Your Eyes, So Please, Do Not Look Directly At The Sun! The Black You See After Looking At The Sun Is Just Proof Of This. Your Eye Sees Thanks To Very Delicate Receptors On The Back Of Your Retina.
