Diary entry expressing the ashamed feelings after meeting daddy and make resolution:

Today, at the meeting with my manager, I realized that I have failed to impress him. He appreciated me for my works a year ago. But this year, I couldn't meet the targets. I am so ashamed of my performance.  

        I will work harder for effective results. I will try to produce desirable results in the upcoming year. Also, I will find the temporary setbacks that affected my performance. I will eliminate it to accomplish the desired results next year.
