In a country like India, there is very less concern for the consumer protection act.
When consumers purchase or sell anything, they are usually not aware of their rights, the right bills and the amount of marked price and fair price.
Rules and regulations are always not known by them.
Also, the consumer redressal process is quite burdensome.
