Answer: You can recognise your emotions when life rattle you. Write journal about your emotions and learn the lessons from it. After pressing pause, ask yourself questions like :-
- Why am I doing this?
- What the results might be?
- Will I be successfull?
- How am I serving the world or other person by doing this?
Such question will help you become aware of your emotions and give you self-actualisation.
