in blotting technique, after performing the complete electrophoresis, sample medium is transferred in different blotting matrixes using PVDF or nitrocellulose and then the detection of specific protein is done through antibodies. in process of HYBRIDIZATION, detection of genetic similarity between two DNA sequences is done.

hope so this will help you. please mark it as the brainliest  answere :)

After performing electrophoresis scientist felt the need to preserve and document its result how that can be done by blotting technique and hybridization. Electrophoresis is a process where charged molecular structure like DNA gets seperated and gel electrophoresis is a process which is used by the instrument to seperate things like the DNA and the RNA. Agarose gel is used to seperate the DNA and RNA in the process of electrophoresis.
