we start feeling tired because we lose a lot of a strength. when you start exercising your muscles get weaker. While exercise is a common cause of muscle fatigue, this symptom can be the result of other health conditions, too. so you can exercise but don't force yourself to do things you can't. The energy and power generated by contracting muscles depletes the body energy stores and sensations of fatigue and exhaustion appear. so do exercise  but not hard exercises.

When we exercise for a long time, our energy gets depleted as large volumes of calories are burnt and we lose water through sweating. This makes us feel tired.

Explanation:

  • Exercising leads to extreme relaxation and contraction of muscles in the body and when this is done for a sustained period of time the body feels tired.
  • The muscle fatigue sets in and the body feels depleted of water and essential nutrients. This makes the body feel tired and the individual exercising must attend to this body’s need and must not overstrain or stress.
  • Resting is required after periodic intervals and a high protein diet must be followed by people on an intensive exercise regime.
