Hey user, here's your answer in brief..
First of all , have a balanced macros in your diet - protein ,carb and fat .
Then have multivitamins or consume enough different varieties of fruits and veggies for all vitamins and minerals essential for ur health.
Protein is the muscle building macronutrient so have enough so as for the repair of body tissues - non veg have many options and veg must include milk [ also calcium requirement] , lentils , beans, etc in diet .
keep some app for checking ur daily required macros .
also for iron , calcium , magnesium , include spinach , milk /paneer , almonds , respectively in your diet .

Include more fruits and vegetables in food
stop eating too much food which contains more fat
