SP of 1st fridge=Rs.12000

Gain%=20%

CP=SPx100/100+g%

=12000x100/100+20

=1200000/120

=Rs.10000

SP of 2nd fridge=Rs.12000

Loss%=25%

CP=SPx100/100-l%

=12000x100/100-25

=1200000/75

CP=Rs.16000

CP of two fridges=10000+16000

=Rs.26000

SP of both fridges=12000+12000

=Rs.24000

Since CP>SP

Total Loss=26000-24000

=Rs.2000

Answer=Loss:Rs.2000

Hope it helps you....
