after shutting down and get to start the laptop again but it is showing like this

You should check your drives for errors. There might be some program which may be preventing system shutdown. Before shutting down the laptop, go to task manager and check for any unauthorized programs running in the background.

Download Norton Power Eraser (It’s free) and run the program. It will check for presence of any viruses,worms, malwares and rootkits in the system which are generally not detected by anti-virus programs. It will help you delete the files affected, if any.

Also, the problem could be because of some corrupt windows system files. Take backup of all your data and reinstall windows again. Check if the problem persists. If it does, get your laptop checked by a computer technician.
