Her parents are resisting and possible reasons to her parents.

In fact, this actually takes place in grabbing Manish wants to make her career as in textile and wants to go for the city for further study.

In addition to this, the Manish will convince her parents for it and solve it to get apart from studies.

In the given case, Manisha can make her family believe her potential and interest in the textile industry. She needs to make her parents know about the full planning of her in a detailed way. She should also assure her parents that once given an opportunity she would surely prove herself. Although by opting for the textile industry she is opting for a career different from her previous sector, still she needs to make her family believe in her. Once, she makes her parents believe in her potential, there isn't any parent who would not allow their child to excel. Hence, she should deal with the situation rationally and with full assurance.
