after taking cold water in a tumbler, water droplets appear on the outer surface of the tumbler after few minutes. why?

due to condensation of water the water present in air form of vapour converted into into water

This is because when you put cold water in tumbler,the outer surface of the tumbler get cold and when the air around the tumbler come in contact with the tumbler then it get condensed and convert into water droplets that you see.
